In this system, each area has its own air handling unit, which supplies fresh air. Within the unit, heat is transferred from the exhaust air to the incoming fresh air through heat recovery. The treated air is then distributed to the area. Each area can therefore be ventilated independently according to actual demand. The system ensures consistently stable indoor environmental quality and a high level of user comfort. Thanks to heat recovery, it also helps reduce the building’s operating costs.
