A decentralized exhaust ventilation system ensures the extraction of polluted air from sanitary facilities. Make-up air is supplied through façade inlet vents in individual accommodation units. The system does not incorporate heat recovery.
Main features:
- local exhaust fans for each accommodation unit
- exhaust ventilation
- no heat recovery
- suitable for renovation projects
Basic system components:
- local exhaust fans in sanitary facilities
- façade inlet vents
In this system, exhaust air is extracted from sanitary facilities using local exhaust fans. The negative pressure created in the accommodation unit is balanced by the supply of make-up air through façade inlet vents. The system does not use heat recovery. Fresh air is supplied to the interior without heat treatment.
