The spiral housing of the radial fan in left or right hand version is made of PE or PEel (PPel on request) as standard. Stainless steel screws are used for the joints. Air temperature -15 ˚C to +70 ˚C, ambient temperature up to +40 ˚C.
Running wheel
is radial, made by casting from PP (PPel on request).
Motor
2 or 4 pole single or three phase asynchronous motor, insulation class F, grease-filled ball bearings for life. Motor is located out of the air stream. Protection class IP55. Design for explosion hazardous or outdoor environments on request.
Screwdriver
is located on the motor.
Speed control
is performed by changing the voltage or frequency converters.
Mounting
is carried out on the painted motor stool, which is included in the fan delivery. Stainless steel stool on request.
Noise
The sound pressure level at a distance of 1.5 m in the free sound field is given in the table.

Instructions
Ventilators are by their design suitable for long ducts in various process and air handling applications, in the chemical industry, petrochemicals and laboratories. They are not suitable for the extraction of wood dust and grit, or other flammable or explosive mixtures. Fans should only be started after connection to the pipe route to avoid overloading the motor.
Caution
Casing material can be selected within the specified range to suit the needs of the particular project and should be specified in the fan specification.
By following the instructions in the manual, no risk should arise regarding safety, health and the environment in accordance with the EC Directives (with CE marking). The same applies to other products used in the equipment or during installation. The following general information is important:
- observe the safety instructions to avoid damage to the equipment or personal injury
- the technical information given in these instructions must not be altered
- it is forbidden to interfere with the equipment's motor
- in order to comply with the EC directives, the equipment must be connected to the mains in accordance with the applicable regulations
- the equipment must be installed in such a way that, the equipment must comply with the applicable regulations for the operation of electrical equipment
- it must always be disconnected from the power supply before any tampering with the equipment
- appropriate tools must be used when handling or maintaining the equipment
- the equipment must be used only for the following purposes, for which it is intended
- this appliance must not be used by children under the age of 8 years and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or persons with a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised by a responsible person or have been adequately instructed in the safe use of the appliance and can understand the risks involved
- the user must ensure that children do not play with the appliance
- cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be carried out by unsupervised children
