CVST 10/6 1.1 kW 1700 IP55 centrifugal fan

Cabinet

The fan cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet, thermally and noise insulated, with a circular throat on the inlet and a square throat on the outlet. There is an access door on the casing for easy access to the fan and motor. The fan is belt driven.

Impeller

The fan is radial with forward curved blades and is made of galvanized steel sheet. It is statically and dynamically balanced.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature. CVST fan motors are 3-phase for 230/400 V or 3-phase for 400 V. The motors are class F insulated and have an operating temperature of -20 to +80 ˚C. The sealed ball bearings are grease filled for life. Protection rating IP55.

Clamps

is located on the motor housing as standard and is accessible by removing the fan inspection covers.

Mounting

For the standard design with horizontal discharge only and left-hand intake. On request, it can be supplied with right-hand suction or vertical discharge.

Speed control

is only possible in all sizes by frequency converter.

Rotation direction

is indicated by an arrow on the housing. The direction of rotation must be checked after commissioning; if the direction of rotation is reversed, the phase sequence must be changed.

Noise

The sound power values are given in the power curves.

Instructions

The fans are suitable for general air handling applications where low fan noise and a large power range are advantageous. Due to the IP55 protection, the fans are suitable for ventilation of restaurants, hospitals, sports halls, warehouses and production areas. Fans equipped with a rain canopy are suitable for central ventilation systems in residential construction, where they can advantageously replace outdated equipment during renovations.
