Product description

FRESH 100 Thermo are automatically (depending on temperature) regulating plastic plate valves for air supply. They contain a thermostatic control system that is used in natural or mechanical ventilation systems for air supply. They have an easily adjustable centre element for basic flow adjustment. The plate valve is provided with a sealing rubber "O" ring for sealing in the duct or extension piece to penetrate the wall. Plastic valves can be cleaned with weak solutions of non-aggressive detergents. The valves are made of ABS plastic, colour white (RAL 9010). They can withstand some diluted chemicals. The highly advantageous aerodynamic shape reduces valve noise and significantly reduces the risk of crosstalk.

- for air supply to dwelling units in central DCV systems and decentralised SILENT ECO systems
- includes filter, pollen filter available as an option
- control range from -5 to +10 °C (closed/open)
- low noise level
- quick and easy installation
- easy air flow measurement
- low pressure drop
- ambient temperature up to 100 °C
- possibility of adding SGD or MSD type silencers, which reduce the transmission of ambient noise from the surroundings into the room
- 33 dB noise attenuation

Installation

The valves are inserted directly into the pipe, the valve body is conical, a rubber "O" ring ensures sufficient sealing when inserted into the pipe. When installing, we recommend a slope of approx. 5° out of the room so that any condensate flows out through the eaves of the outside grille. We also recommend the use of an additional SGD 100 silencer.

Measurement and control

The air flow control is done by turning the centre disc, which changes the basic opening of the valve. Depending on the air temperature, the stroke of the valve closing disc changes (see diagrams). Thermostatic control from -5 to +10 °C.
