Terms of delivery

As the SOLE REPRESENTATIVES OF SOLER & PALAU, STORK AIR, TTL, MANROSE and WERNIG, we provide

  1. A warranty of 24 months for fans and goods purchased from our company and installed according to the conditions indicated in the warranty sheet or in the main catalogue of ELEKTRODESIGN ventilátory spol. s r.o.; a warranty period of 36 months can be negotiated individually. 
  2. Authorized warranty and post-warranty service for goods purchased in our company. 
  3. We are the only company in the Czech Republic that supplies original spare parts directly from the above-indicated manufacturers. 
  4. We guarantee that no products or spare parts will be delivered that were made according to different standards and regulations for non-European markets. 
  5. A full range of the above-indicated products as the only company in the Czech and Slovak Republics. 
  6. Free consultations and technical assistance when putting into operation, reception proceedings, approbations, etc. 
  7. All necessary documentation for equipment sold by us. 
  8. Possibility of designers, users and authorized dealers participating at the company’s seminars

GENERAL TERMS

  1. We make all deliveries exclusively according to the “General business terms 1996” of ELEKTRODESIGN ventilátory spol. s r.o. 
  2. With the issuing of this price list, all previous price lists and other price agreements expire. 
  3. All the indicated prices are understood ex stock of the seller in Prague, without VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without giving prior notice. Please carefully study the data indicated in the purchase contract or tax document. 
  4. The seller reserves the right to specify some of the following terms of payments to the buyer:
    a) Cash payment when taking delivery of goods
    b) Payment in advance by bank transfer (always EExe fans and special equipment)
    c) Partial payment in advance with a final invoice according to Section d)
    d) Payment after delivery with remittance within 10 days after issuing the invoice
