- it allows to achieve considerable noise attenuation
- it can be installed very easily
- it is possible to connect several silencers together to achieve extremely good noise attenuation
- good results are achieved in conjunction with MIXVENT-TD
- the pressure drop of the silencer is considered to be 4 times the pressure drop of a smooth duct
- larger diameters must be discussed
