Product description

The valve has a foam gasket. Flow adjustment is done by turning the control cone to the desired position and locking it in position with a counter nut. The mounting ring is made of galvanized steel and is included in the plate valve delivery.

Installation

The mounting ring is attached to the duct with a screw or rivet. The valve is secured by "screwing" into the threads in the mounting ring.

Measuring and control

Adjustment of air flow is made by rotating the centre disc, which changes the adjustment dimension a (mm). Air flow measurement is performed as a pressure differential measurement using a measuring tube.

Explanatory notes

The KO butterfly valve is in RAL 9010 painted finish.
The KOC butterfly valve is in gloss chrome finish.

Note
The KO butterfly valves are available as KEL 100, KEL 125 with 12 V electric control for zone ventilation. A safety transformer with CTE 12/708 timing is included.
