Product description
Cabinet

is designed for vertical air exhaust. The base and the fan casing are made of sheet steel with corrosion protection. The cylindrical casing is coated with grey epoxy
coating. The fan includes a check damper on the discharge and protection against the intrusion of foreign bodies.

Running wheel

The fan is axial, the blades are made of Al alloy, the hub is made of galvanized steel plate. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller blade angle is adjusted by the manufacturer (8°-32°).

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature. Supply voltage 230/400 V-50 Hz up to 3 kW and 400 V/50 Hz for higher power and two-speed motors. Ball bearings with grease packing for life. Motor protection IP55, insulation class F. Operating temperature -20 to 40 °C. Inspection switch on the housing. Two-speed (4/6 and 4/8 pole) motors available on request.

Square box

with a revision switch is located on the fan housing. The protection is IP55.

Speed control

is possible on selected types by frequency converter.

Flow direction

is standard from the motor to the impeller.

Mounting

The fan is installed in a vertical position as a matter of principle. The casing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.
