Cabinet
It is made of steel sheet, coated with black lacquer, the screws are electroplated.
Running wheel
is made of glass fibre reinforced thermoplastic. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is asynchronous, black lacquer finish, stator with cooling fins, thermal protection of windings, insulation class F, operating temperature -40 to +70 °C. Lifetime grease-filled ball bearings. IP65 protection.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage, for three-phase types by frequency converters.
Rotation direction
can be changed for both single-phase and three-phase motors. With a standard impeller, the flow rate drops by approx. 30% when the direction of rotation is reversed. With the wall-mounted version, the air flow from the motor to the impeller is standard.
Clamps
It is made of black plastic, single phase design has a start-up capacitor. The terminal block is located on the motor (wall mounted version).
Mounting
Fan in each motor axis position. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses from the building structures.
Noise
emitted by the fan is given in the tables, the measurements being made at a distance equal to three times the impeller diameter (but not less than 1,5 m) in the free acoustic field.
