New version of the catalogue Mass ventilation of garages!
In the catalogue we present suitable fan types and possible ventilation methods for specific garage buildings.
The design method using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation software is commented on.

Product description
Cabinet

is made of steel sheet coated with black epoxy paint, the brackets and screws are also electroplated.

Running wheel

is made of Al alloy. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced, the operating temperature range is from -20 to +55 ˚C (sizes 315-710 except TCBT/4-710) or from -20 to +40 ˚C (sizes 800-1000 and TCBT/4-710).

Motor

asynchronous with short armature, stator with cooling fins, black epoxy lacquer finish with Class F insulation. grease-filled ball bearings for life. IP55 protection. For sizes 710-1000, consult our engineers for IA/IN and te values.

Speed control

By default, fans cannot be electrically or electronically controlled. PTC motors with thermal protection can be supplied on request, regulated by recommended frequency converters.

Rotation direction

It is possible to order an impeller for the opposite direction of rotation. For the wall-mounted version, the standard airflow is from the motor to the impeller, for the ducted version it is the other way around.

Clamps

is in a non-explosive design. The terminal box is located on the motor (wall-mounted version) or on the casing (ducted version).

Mounting

Fans in each position of the motor axis. HCBT fans can only be installed in the wall, the discharge and intake must remain free (when installed in the ductwork, the fan will not comply with the allowable temperature). The cabinet must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.

Noise

emitted by the fan is given in the tables, measured in the free acoustic field at a distance equal to three times the impeller diameter (but not less than 1,5 m), on the suction side.

Instructions

Inquire about special designs and currently available special accessories. Ask for information on delivery dates. Please note: the fans are in a special design for the Czech Republic. Spare parts supplied as standard by the manufacturer or other commercial organisations cannot be used. HCBT, TCBT/4-315 Ex fans can only be operated in a 3 x 400 V network in a Y connection.

The values In, Ia/In and te specified in the fan certificates are decisive for the installation of the safety elements and thus the safe operation of the fans. These values must be checked carefully after delivery of the fan.
