Cabinet

The cabinet is made of steel sheet powder-coated in white (RAL 9003), the connecting elements are additionally electroplated. The front panel is electrostatically coated for easy installation. The front panel is hinged for easy connection.

Fans

Special quiet tangential fans are used in the door screens.

Motor

The motor is asynchronous with a short armature.

Heater

The heater is water-powered.

Electric connection

The electrical connection is made to the internal terminal block in the door screen housing. Models with an electric heater are equipped with thermal protection as standard.

Regulation

Regulation of screens with a water heater is done with the CR-20 wall-mounted controller or a control kit, which are supplied separately. The controller can be used to switch the speed in two stages. The Minireg^® control kit provides constant temperature control of the heater, frost protection and timing. The shutters also allow the connection of a door contact (not included) for automatic operation.

Noise

All models feature low noise levels due to the balanced impeller.

Mounting

Clones can be mounted directly on the wall or suspended from the ceiling with M8 threaded rods. The minimum height should be 3 m and the maximum 5 m above the floor. The minimum distance from the ceiling or walls must be 100 mm.

Information

An air door screen in a compact design with easy installation suitable for medium sized commercial premises and industrial buildings. Multiple screens can be arranged side by side if required.
